North American Pepsi Cup

History of the North American Pepsi Cup

In 2000, Summer "AAA" Hockey Tournaments were established in Fargo-Moorhead.  The North American Pepsi Cup, originally called the Can-Am Classic, hosted 25 teams in it's inaugural year.  In 2002, the Can-Am Classic was renamed the North American Pepsi Cup. Over the years, the Pepsi Cup has expanded to inclue Boys and Girls levels ranging in ages from 9-18 years old.  On June 3, 2011, the 10th Annual North American Pepsi Cup will commence.  The Pepsi Cup has become a staple event in numerous area summer "AAA" organizations schedules, and we look forward to seeing the same faces return from year to year.  We hope to see a new record number of participants in 2011, celebrating our Pepsi Cup 10th Anniversary and we Thank You for helping make the North American Pepsi Cup one of the premiere summer hockey tournaments in the Upper Midwest.
